ARES
To assist television broadcasters in completing their television per program reports, ASCAP offers free, user-friendly software called ARES (ASCAP Reporting Express Software).

Adobe Acrobat files containing report forms for ASCAP general licenses can be downloaded from our website. Each report form provides a reference to rates and/or format to assist you in completing your report form. The ASCAP report forms now available are:
- Background/foreground music service — Interim license period beginning 6/1/99
- Family Shows
- Festivals and Similar Events
- Hotels and Motels
- Private Clubs
- Concerts and Recitals
- Local Governmental Entities
ASCAP's radio annual reports can be completed interactively and delivered to ASCAP from our web site. Each form has instructions to help you through it. Calculations will be done for you and a PDF document will be created for you to print, sign and submit to ASCAP or if you choose, with a click of a button, you may file your completed form with ASCAP and a PDF document will be created which you may print for your records.
ASCAP's on-line account look up service allows you to view up to date balance, billing address and license information. You can also email any questions or changes.
